substantially updated our warranty to 10 years for manufacturing defects.

was released on 5th may 2011.

Extended Warranty Offers
Our extended warranty offers are well known in the industry for value. These care systems offered can even include replacement pagers as part of the service level agreement. No other company offers this anywhere in the world. Here are the details:
Easycare Silver
This option is simple to facilitate, and extends the product warranty for an extra year against manufacturing defects. In fact this Easycare option has exactly the same coverage as our original warranty and is a customer favourite in the UK. The cost is based on the equipment you have and is charged at 25% of the list price of the equipment at time of order of Easycare.
Easycare Gold
Similar to the above silver plan, but with the gold system we cover lost, stolen or broken equipment within the plan. As you can imagine this is a great way of having total peice of mind with a pager system and the cost benefit is huge. For just 30% of the list price of the equipment at time of order this option is available. The Easycare gold lasts 1 year and is renewable anually. We know of no supplier in the paging industry anywhere in the world that offers a service to equal our Easycare Gold criteria. It is a no quibble, simple replacement option and one we are very proud of.
